Parakeet
The parakeet lives in one of the most inhospitable places on earth - Antipodes Island which is situated approximately 770 kilometres south-east of New Zealand.
Foods which the parakeet enjoys include seeds, flowers, berries and is also known to enjoy meat in its diet in the form of morsels of dead penguins and gulls.
